Refund policy

Returns & Replacements 

  • Return/Exchange request need to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns can be raised over email - help@arirotoys.com or Whatsapp - +91 89399 92452.

  • In case of return, shipping charges will be deducted on actual onwards and returns. In case of the defect from our end or transit damage, shipping charges will not be deducted.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging. Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted by our pickup agents.

  • If you opt for Store Credit, it will be issued immediately upon return approval, and no shipping charges will be deducted.

  • Gift Cards are non-returnable.

  • If you opt for a Bank Refund, the amount will be credited within 15 business days to the bank account saved in your profile. Onward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted on actuals.

  • As these products are used by babies, we follow strict hygiene standards and cannot accept returns once delivered for the following products.

    Teethers and Rattles, Neem wood Utensils and Neem wood kitchen equipments.

    However, in the rare event of transit damage, we will gladly arrange a return and provide a replacement or refund. To help us assist you, please record a clear video of yourself opening the package and share it with us within 24 hrs of delivery, along with photos/videos of the damaged product(s).

  • Return process will be briefed directly over call, whatsapp or email once the request is accepted.

  • In case of exchange, the existing order will be picked up and the amount will be refunded back. You can place a new order from your end.

  • Order cancellation request needs to be made within before the order is dispatched. Shipping charges will be deducted in case the order is dispatched.
