How do I cancel my order/change my address?

You write to us on Help@arirotoys.com /you can whatsapp us on +918939992452 with the order id . If the order is not dispatched then we shall have it processed accordingly for cancellation.

Can the toys be used outdoors?

You use it for the play and place it indoors for the longer durability.

What payment methods can i use?

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.

Online Payment via Credit or Debit Cards.
Net Banking
Online Payment via Wallets and UPI - For payments involving QR code scanning, please use a desktop since QR code scanning cannot happen from the same device.
Cash On Delivery (COD) - The COD limits set are subject to change. You will see the limits displayed at check out.

Want to order a stock which is out of stock?

In case our products are out of stock then we have notify me tab you can click and enter your details we shall inform you as soon as its back in stock .

How long will it take to ship my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process and mark it ready-for-shipping. Pre-orders will be delivered according to the stipulate time mentioned on the products .

Special message or gift wrapping the products?

Once you add to cart you will have the option for gift wrapping and writing a special message.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website.

Ariro was born alongside the birth of our baby. We the co-founders, Nisha (A Montessori teacher) and Vasanth (an Entrepreneur), had our baby girl in the year 2016. We always had an inclination towards giving her a very Montessori environment for her development. When we were in dire need of wooden teethers we found the market had limited options and most of the teethers were being imported. So we started making our own with the help of our carpenter.We used Neem wood to make her teethers. We realized all our friends who were parents adored this concept and asked us to make more for their little ones too. That was the starting point .......
